The Process

From Lean Design Sprints to Agile Development

My process is designed to give you the best shot at success.

Understand

Every great design starts with a clear understanding. Before offering solutions, it is essential to dive deep into the problem and define it from all angles.

Research

User experience begins with insight. This phase includes competitive analysis and industry research to uncover opportunities and user needs.

Sketch

Early ideas take shape through wireframes and low-fidelity sketches. This stage is iterative and guided by insights gathered from the previous steps.

Design

Ideas come to life as visual design. High-fidelity mockups are created with applied themes, styles, and UI patterns—alongside detailed design specs for development.

Implement

Design meets functionality. The front-end UI is integrated with the back-end, and the design team collaborates closely to ensure a seamless build.

Evaluate

Test, refine, and improve. Validate user flows and experience and identify gaps. Based on findings, the process loops back to the necessary phase—whether revisiting research, design, or implementation.
